Sleep and Allergy
Allergies may disturb your sleep and cause insomnia.
You could have a mild case of allergy without obvious symptoms. This is something that you are not aware of and only allergic tests can identify.
Usual allergy suspects include dust, mold, pet fur or dander and flower pollen.
It also could be a food allergy. The foods that are most commonly associated with food allergies are milk, corn, wheat, nuts, seafood, red and yellow dies and yeast.
Keep in mind other related foods. For example, if you think you are allergic to milk, watch for cheese, yogurt and other dairy products, as well as some products that may contain it, such as candies.
